String Quartet - Perfect for any Wedding

Our String Quartet brings together four highly skilled professional musicians who love making music together. Their enthusiasm, energy and vibrancy is infectious and they never fail to enhance the concerts, weddings, civil partnership ceremonies and parties that they play for. The Quartet will make any occasion a special occasion.Every performance by our String Quartet is a bespoke event, designed to suit your needs exactly. They will help you choose music to suit the atmosphere that you want to create: romantic, dramatic, relaxed, informal, stately. Their repertoire is enormous and varied from classical favourites such as Bach’s serene Air on the G String to jazz like Pennies from Heaven, Makin’ Whoopee and Let’s Do It. They have fantastic new arrangements in their repertoire including the Beatles’ Yesterday, All You Need is Love and Gershwin’s unforgettable Summertime. If you would like to suggest a favourite piece of music which isn't currently on their list they can produce a special arrangement for you.

Wedding Harpist

The dulcet tones of the harp can create a truly magical moment at your wedding whether you have decided on a Church or civil ceremony. A typical Wedding ceremony package includes a half hour pre-ceremony recital as the guests assemble, the entrance of the bride, a signing of the register interlude and the exit of the wedding couple. Having a solo singer at your wedding can add a more traditional element to your ceremony. Our excellent Harpist is also a trained classical singer, this makes her the ideal artist to have for your wedding celebrations. Although she does not sing at the same time as playing, she is always happy to incorporate any separate vocal items you might require. The Crooner

Joe is a highly experienced and dynamic performer, equally happy with his band in a theatre or in an intimate solo setting at a wedding or party. He has an amazing rapport with the audience and a repertoire that spans four decades and incorporates the best of Swing, Jazz Pop and Soul with a hats off to Rock and Roll. Joe's musical and social ability crosses all boundaries and always sets a fabulous tone for any event. Works very well during a wedding breakfast or early evening as a solo performer, or, with his 5 piece band for an evening set. The Pianist

A Pianist is perfect wedding entertainment for the drinks reception and ideal if you are working to a budget. We think the only successful solo artists are Pianists and Harpists at a wedding. (Solo Sax for two hours can drive you mad!) We have a number of Pianists available, an excellent addition to any wedding - especially if there is a piano available at your wedding venue. (if not, they can bring their own portable piano and PA) Different Pianists offer different repertoires, also, we have pianist located in various parts of the country. If you are interested in receiving a quote for a pianist we need to know your wedding location and your preferred repertoire i.e. Classics, Jazz, Rat Pack or a wedding pianist that offers all of that plus some contemporary artists including Coldplay and Oasis.

The Cocktail Trio - Sax, Guitar & Double Bass

The Cocktail Trio comprise Sax, Guitar and Double Bass and offer a bigger sound than the Cocktail Duo and are ideal for background music during a drinks reception or wedding ceremony. Designed to enhance any atmosphere without being intrusive, they offer a sophisticated mix of Standards, Jazz, Beatles and Classics. You will be pleased to hear that they do not take the attention away from the bride and groom. The sun hats are optional but very useful at a summers wedding.

Festival Trio - DJ, Sax & Percussion

The Festival Trio comprise DJ, Sax & Percussion offering a live aspect to a standard DJ set. Combined, they play fantastic music that everyone can enjoy and rock out to. How does it work? The DJ plays a wedding set on their decks and the sax & percussion improvise and play on top of the DJ. The Sax offers melodic harmonies and sounds great on Soul, Motown, Disco and Dance/House/Club Classics. The percussion plays a mix of Bongos, Cowbells & Drums and works on most genres although, Indie is a bit tricky.

Cocktail Duo - Background Guitar & Sax

The Cocktail Duo plays a mix of Jazz, Standards & Classic tracks on acoustic electric guitar and sax. Ideally suited for a wedding drinks reception and ceremony. They offer a cocktail experience i.e. they enhance the atmosphere but are not intrusive which is important for that part of the wedding day. The musicians that make up the cocktail duo are professional and highly experienced having played around the world. Generally, they will play a 90 minutes set with a short break to rest the fingers and mouth! They enhance any wedding by creating an atmosphere and binding it together without taking the attention from the bride & groom.

The Percussionist

A percussionist hits things to make a sound. Our percussionists are very good at hitting things, particularly bongos, drums & cowbells! Working alongside a DJ on decks they bring a live aspect to a DJ set. Having a percussionist play with a DJ is something that your guests will enjoy and remember for ages as it's a bit different!

The Sax Player - DJ accompaniment

We have a number of great Sax players that accompany the DJ or work in their own Duos, Trios or groups. Also, we recently supplied a wedding with a two hour Ibizan chill out audio mix on an Ipod, Sax was played live over the top during the drinks reception and created a beautiful atmosphere.

Beatles Tribute Band

An excellent Beatles tribute band that will please both the older and younger guests at your wedding. A five piece, Sgt Pepper's Only Dart Board Band is renowned for their storming live shows. The band, with their own Fab Four plus Sgt Pepper on keyboards, perform the most complex Beatles songs completely live and without the use of backing tracks. Creating a faithful reproduction of the Fab Four's greatest hits and selection of well known album tracks, the guys in their full Pepper regalia, produce a tight and compact sound guaranteed to give a splendid time to all. On Saturday 8th August,they were booked by the British Beatles Fan Club to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the iconic album cover, by walking across the Abbey Road zebra crossing, in appropriate costume, before an audience of tourists and press. The day finished with a full performance by the band including many favourite tracks from “Abbey Road” at Peter Parker’s Rock’n’Roll Club in London’s Covent Garden.

Rockaoke - Karaoke with a Live Band!

P-Bug - Top London Function Band

The P-BUG is the big buzz in London’s funk world, having blasted onto the scene in November 2008 with a debut sell-out show at London’s Dean St venue Maya. The P-BUG's music takes the sounds of funk, soul, and motown to form the basis of their original tracks. The band are writing for today’s music lovers – it’s edgy yet catchy, artistic yet commercial, all recorded blending old school techniques with modern technology. Imagine the sound of Tower of Power, James Brown, The Meters, and Earth Wind & Fire in one band, and you can imagine the music that the PB Underground are writing for the next decade to enjoy. The band also love to put their own slant on the big hits of the present and past, and so they’ve put down a couple of classics to entice party lovers to hear what the band can do with the songs everyone loves.

Rhythm Brothers - Best pop/rock duo in the UK

With their original set bursting with rock, pop and indie classics, Beatles, T-Rex, Madonna, Bowie, Oasis, Van Morrison, Blur, Kings of Leon - this duo are experienced, top-class musicians, musically versatile and who love to interact and joke with their audience too! Fantastic at any wedding, party, private-functions or corporate events, Rhythm Brothers provide the energy & sound of a full-band but for a fraction of the price! They can also keep things smooth and mellow, with a jazz/blues edge whenever the occasion requires for earlier in the evening. Steel Band - The sound of the Carribean

If you want the sound of the Caribbean floating over your wedding, then we have an excellent 4 or 5 piece Steel Band that play Soca, Calypso and Salsa. Playing a combination of steel drums and instruments, they are something different to the Harpist or String Quartet and will delight your guests on a hot summers day whilst enjoying Mohitos and Champagne!

The New Troubadours

The New Troubadours are a five piece covers band made up of male and female vocals/guitarists, drums, bass and keyboards. Drummer Dominic Greensmith of the band REEF and bass player Jesse Wood (son of Ronnie) started the band a year ago just because they love playing and have been gigging ever since. They are joined by singer/guitarist Amy Newton, singer/guitarist Gareth Hale (SWAN) and on keyboards Martin Badder (Elektralux). They have an eclectic rock and roll set of hits by artists such as The White Stripes, The Beatles, MGMT, The Subways, Prince and Davie Bowie.
